Staff was very friendly and welcoming, bus station right next to the hotel and the view from the balcony was really beautiful. The room itself was fine, bed was comfortable, but some of the furniture as well as the shower had seen better days. Breakfast buffet was really good with load of options. Overall enjoyed the stay!
Overpriced hotel with very noisy rooms from the street. Rooms are large and clean, but impossible to get a good night's sleep if you are facing the street. Breakfast selection is good. But their voucher system doesn't make any sense. It just makes you wait 15 minutes if the front desk is busy until they get you a voucher that you then give to somebody in the breakfast room. How about a simple list where you cross of the rooms that have breakfast?
My experience is based on arrival to book rooms and received very poor welcome.the customer service as well need someone training.very bed communication between staff.on arrival when asked if it's okay to have breakfast we received yes from one person and no from the other. Poor communication between staff along with passive aggressive tones from them. After that I didn't stay and cancelled my booking.
