Plaza Hotel Lucchesi

My stay at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi was absolutely immaculate. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegance of the space and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the Arno River and the city. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights—perfect for unwinding while enjoying panoramic views of Florence. The location was ideal too, within walking distance to all the main attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay in Florence. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Lucchesi. The location is perfect—right by the Arno River and just a short walk to the historic center, yet peaceful and quiet for a restful night’s sleep. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality, especially from the bar staff. On the day we left for a road trip through Tuscany, they surprised us with a thoughtfully prepared care package for the drive—they have great snacks in the bar! It’s rare to experience that level of personal attention, and it made our departure just as memorable as our stay. The rooftop view is stunning, the breakfast is excellent, and every staff member we met was kind, professional, and eager to help. Hotel Lucchesi made Florence feel like home—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We loved our stay here. We ended up adding an extra night. It was a great location right on the river with beautiful views. The front desk staff was very accommodating and the concierge service was exceptional. I would highly recommend!
