Plaza Inn Amedia Wien

Of all the hotels on my current trip around Europe, this one is by far the best. It's close to the bus station and is located in a peaceful area. I was checked in within a minute. Stylish interiors; the room is spacious with three skylights, and it's clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of fruits and snacks. I really like everything, thank you!

We booked a triple room, clean and tidy. Service was good, room had everything in it that we required. Nice and quiet place to stay, plenty of parking, at least three supermarkets nearby, plenty of places to eat all in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Title: Poor Experience – Lost Item and Unhelpful Response I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, my phone went missing from my locked room while I was out. I reported the issue immediately to the front desk, expecting support or at least a serious response. However, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no real assistance or investigation into the matter. This experience left me feeling unsafe and disappointed. I had trusted the hotel to provide a secure environment, but the handling of the situation was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here if you value your personal belongings and peace of mind.
