Great service, nice hotel. It's not 5 star for Australian standards but I've loved being here. The staff are so kind, helpful & friendly & the service is out of this world.
Really poor breakfasts, very often there is not hot water in the shower- it’s not cold but far from hot. The staff is quite helpful but just some people speak English. The upside is that it’s just across the street from Allianz Parque and there is a big shopping centre nearby.
