Our family loved the hotel: clean bright room, modern bathroom, balcony with chairs. It was quiet and cozy. The hotel is a bit old, but it has its charm. There were lots of families with kids. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The only disadvantage- it is a bit far from the city center (20 min by foot)

The hotel distinguishes itself through an overall satisfactory quality and offers an exceptionally excellent price-performance ratio, which proves particularly appealing to economically-minded travelers. The partial renovation of the premises has resulted in a noticeable optimization and aesthetic revitalization of the interior, thereby establishing a contemporary and stylistically adequate ambiance. Such infrastructural measures contribute to positioning the establishment as an attractive accommodation option for a diverse and international clientele. A particularly noteworthy characteristic of the hotel is its pronounced frequency of use by a transnational clientele, especially travelers from Scandinavia and the Benelux countries, who predominantly stay while in transit. This high volume of guests inevitably entails a highly standardized mass processing, which naturally brings a certain uniformity in guest services. Despite these operational challenges, the hotel succeeds in maintaining an adequate quality of service that largely aligns with the needs and expectations of its patrons. With regard to digital connectivity, the performance of the provided internet access is rather moderate, which could pose potential functional limitations, particularly for business-oriented guests. The physical design of the working areas proves suboptimal and fails to fully meet the ergonomic and functional requirements of business travelers. In particular, the furnishings lack those features that are indispensable for productive and efficient work. In summary, however, the hotel remains an acceptable option, particularly for guests primarily seeking budget-friendly and functional accommodation. It successfully meets the fundamental requirements of comfort and functionality and offers adequate quality in essential areas, even if it does not fully cater to the elevated standards of a more discerning clientele in certain aspects, such as technological infrastructure or the design of workspaces. Nevertheless, the hotel presents itself as a pragmatic choice for travelers with limited budgets and comparatively simple needs, without evident significant shortcomings.

Some of the reception stuff was not really friendly but also not rude they was only very serious but I'm as customer would like to see smile on the stuff faces ,that's let me feel more comfortable 😀 Room was big and has a balcony (suite room) or the family room. But it doesn't has a fan for the sommer time . The cushion was not comfortable. ... Swimming pool was good but with small area for the kids .
