Lot of very very good to say. Great location with a great view from our little balcony. Our room was late and we were given complimentary drinks for the family (very nice). Only 4/5 because of an issue with the shower. Poor design, but also the drain was very slow. When we showered the water collected and would flood the bathroom so we had to be very quick. I went down and informed the staff but it never seemed to get fixed. Again, lots of good but the shower was frustrating. Would recommend!
The car park was hard to find and the spaces too small to get an average family car in. Spent 20 minutes just trying to find a space and park the car so you could actually get out of it. We were given a room with improved access in the bathroom but when we woke up in the morning we realised there was only 1 ‘large’ towel so we had to share it. Breakfast was ok but over priced. The room was very dark, hard flooring and not welcoming or comfortable. There a small light permanently on under one of the bedside cabinets which had to block with a bag. This was the last night of an 8 day trip driving around Bavaria. Our last of 5 hotels and definitely the worst and the least value for money. Delighted to leave early the next day.
Read carefully, please. There's no parking. They are lying to you. We are currently parked 10 mins walk away in a DEPARTMENT STORE CARPARK. We are supposed to pay 20 Euros per night for this privilege. We definitely would have searched elsewhere for a hotel if we had not been lied to on line when booking.
