Plaza Premium Muenchen

I had a very good experience with this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, comfortable bed and its very quiet. I never heard a neighbor or anyone on the hallway. The employees are ALL super friendly and helpful! Also it has a very good equipped gym with machines, free weights, etc.

5 Stars – Finally, a Hotel That Gets It! I’ve been trying to book this hotel for a long time, but every time I called in the past, no one ever picked up the phone. Like... seriously? You do not want my money? It was honestly really frustrating. But recently, something changed—and I’m so glad it did. They’ve introduced some kind of AI assistant, and I was seriously impressed. At first, I thought I was talking to a real person because it was so polite, patient, and informative. It answered all my questions about the hotel—and it even gave me tips about visiting Munich! The conversation felt natural, helpful, and surprisingly pleasant. What really stood out was how respectful and clear the AI was—honestly, more polite than most human receptionists I’ve dealt with. We had a long chat, and by the end of it, I felt totally confident about booking this hotel. Whoever came up with this idea: well done. This is the future. Five stars!

I had a great stay at Plaza Premium München, which is conveniently located near Allianz Arena. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, definitely offering good value for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensured everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the hotel had a nice, organized atmosphere.
