The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Our room had a wonderful view of the forest, which made the stay even more special. We went for walks and enjoyed the wild forest berries generously offered by nature. The breakfast was varied and satisfying, catering to all kinds of preferences. There are restaurants and markets nearby, and public transport to the city center is very convenient with a stop just around the corner. It was a perfect stay where comfort meets nature.

I stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row, and overall, I’m very satisfied. The rooms are spacious, the mattress is quite comfortable, and it’s nice to have an iron available in the room. There’s also a sauna and a gym – both are small, but honestly, for this price in Vienna, that’s more than acceptable. My top priority is always breakfast – and here, it’s absolutely outstanding. Delicious food, high-quality products – everything is fresh and thoughtfully prepared. A couple of small downsides: the water in the shower wasn’t as hot as it was last year, and it would be great if the shower gel had a more refined scent.

I completely understand refusing to allow a cancel. But also refusing to allow to change dates (still weeks in advance) is not very respectful. Non refundable is non refundable, and I'm not expecting them to allow any refund. But in my opinion a better hotel with good customer service should usually allow you to change dates if something comes up and we are still weeks in advance of the original booking. That would allow them to keep the money but also show some kind of respect and friendliness to the guest. Unfortunately they were not interested. Edit: Regarding their reply below the reservation is still weeks away and they still will not allow any date change. I am not asking for a refund, but to go another day . I would not give this review only for refusing a refund, that would be unreasonable as the conditions are clear. I say their service is bad for refusing any discussion or options. As a business they are free to refuse any negotiation , but better hotels I have experienced in the past will often allow guests to change dates if there is still weeks of time to sell the room, so long as they still pay- they get the money anyway and the guest is also happy. Make your own judgement, but if anything unexpected happens, which can happen to anyone, I think their attitude is quite clear. Don't expect any compromise, friendliness or another date.
