Excellent hosting and service. If I could I would come back more times. Juliano (from the reception desk) was pleasant and helpful. All the others were nice too. Breakfast was delicious and there was many options for all tastes.
Good location. Very good space the apartments have. Nice balcony with good view. Doorsman however took a while to let us go up
Terrible service. We had an airbnb in the hotel, the front desk person assured me that we had maid service everyday. When there was no service the second day, I asked the front desk just for some fresh towels—they absolutely refused, saying that it’s only every second day. I literally couldn’t even get one towel out of these people.
