I arrived late around 8pm everything was left in the box for me the cabins where a great size for the price and have everything U need in them there's also BBQs in the park if needed and restaurant but its not open in the winter plus there's a beach directly across the road and a 5-10 minute drive to shops overall it's a nice park didn't meet the staff but happy with my stay and would recommend it I will be back 😁
Recently stayed for 4 nights, we had a powered caravan site. Whilst the ammenities were a little dated they were always clean, the grounds were well kept and all the staff were lovely. Directly across the road is a beautiful 24/7 Dog friendly beach which our Rough Collie absolutely loved. We had site 142 which had shade from an established tree most of the day which was nice. We’ll definitely be back
Nice looking park initially, however concrete sites are very uneven. Cracked concrete, uneven concrete - up to a couple of centimetres in some parts make the sites very dangerous. My daughter fell on our second day staying there. Tripped on the uneven concrete and broke her foot. Back and forth to the hospital before the break was confirmed. The hospital suggested we arrange to see an orthopaedic surgeon when we returned home. When I spoke to staff to advise them of what had happened due to the uneven concrete site, the staff member did not show any concern or compassion, only replying with 'oh'. When I asked if she could scan the referral from the hospital and email it to me, she then sighed and then complained that it was two pages to scan, not one. Our holiday was ruined. My daughter was told she could not weight bear on the broken foot and spent the rest of our time there in a moon boot and on crutches. The pool was not user friendly, it was extremely steep to enter and exit, and she couldn't even dangle a leg in the water to get some relief from the heat. I too tripped on the uneven concrete one night. Really disappointed that even an email to management regarding the uneven surfaces, and lack of safety precautions, such as yellow paint to highlight cracks and uneven concrete, was met with no reply. Be very careful if staying there, there will no doubt be more injuries on those sites.
