Visited the terrace on the second day of the F1 weekend. High prices were expected, but the unadvertised cash only policy was a major inconvenience. The staff were stern about accepting only cash and offered no solutions. Getting cash was a challenge, though a kind person helped out. Upon paying (we were there for roughly 30 minutes), we were “friendly” asked to leave right away such that the table would be free for new customers.

I would like to express our deep disappointment regarding our recent experience at “HOTEL PLEIN VENT FRANCORCOCHAMPS”. Is not about the quality of service of a hospitality establishment, but about lack of business principles and ethics. My feedback is about the behavior displayed by the owners was marked by rudeness and a profound lack of professionalism. It is particularly troubling to observe a disregard for basic ethical standards and hospitality principles, which are fundamental to creating a welcoming and trustworthy environment for guests. We believe that every guest deserves to be treated with respect, integrity, and courtesy—values that were evidently lacking during our interactions with the management team (the owner). Given these circumstances, we strongly urge all customers and others entities to reflect on these matters and do no use this place. Guests should always feel safe, respected, and valued. They sell promises and receive in advanced what they cannot comply. They are not ethical. On 25 July we "paid in advenced" for a car parking on 27 July. Arriving at the Hotel, on 27 July, the owner denied the acess with rudeness and harsh words, to my daughters, my wife, and me. As you can see, photos atteched show that there is no mistake.

the owner rummaged in my suitcase and in my work backpack, first room with flooded bathroom, second room invaded by insects, when I complained he went to the room to tidy up and take pictures telling me I was lying. I didn't sleep even one night and the owner kept all the money, followed up to see if I was going to book another hotel and when I canceled he entered the room without my presence and touched all my things doing luggage and threw my €3000 computer into the backpack without unplugging the cables risking breaking it, he took my things and was throwing them into the street, but he couldn't because I got back in time for this not to happen, he attacked me and offended me. I didn't go to the police because I wasn't in my country and I would have wasted time which was precious for my work. I do not recommend this place. I lived a nightmare and I feared for my safety and my belongings
