PO Hotel Semarang

Had a really great stay at the hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and everything worked perfectly. What really made the difference was the service — especially from Mr. Kutut. He was super friendly, helpful, and always made sure we felt welcome. Big thanks to him and the whole team. Would definitely come back again!

First time stay in here. Breakfast very good many menu traditional food i like. And i like bircher muesli and the coffee. About the room my husband want to shower waiting 1 minutes still warm. Nice place and near from airport

The hotel requires significant maintenance. Our air conditioning unit leaked onto the carpet, damaging the wall. While the broken television in the lounge was replaced, the bathroom door in our suite wouldn't open, and the soap dispenser was inconveniently located. There was only one bar of soap provided for a two-bathroom suite. The carpets and upholstery need cleaning, and the bathroom curtain was torn from its rail. The bathroom light switch was also broken. THE SMOKE DETECTOR WAS FLASHING LIGHTS THE WHOLE NIGHT MAKING IT REALLY DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. AIRCON TURNED OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT MSKING IT HARD TO BREATHE. We anticipated a higher standard for an Executive King Suite. The advertisements for these suites appear misleading, as the quality seems inconsistent. The lounge was quite disappointing; there was a limited selection of only three mini cakes, and our cappuccino took nearly an hour to arrive, even though the lounge was empty. No music playing. Furthermore, my cake contained a live ant and had to be replaced. Suite 1101 was truly unsatisfactory. My previous stay in Suite 1001 a year ago was far more positive, with excellent room quality, views, amenities, and lounge service. The gym floor has water damaged and ir smells of mould. We did not use it. Poolside bar and area was great and the ease of access to the mall is convenient thank you. I would downgrade the suites as one night costs IDR4 500 000.
