Fantastic self catering villas, restaurant is available up the hill (at same venue) if you want dining and breakfast. Fabulous pool, great for kids. Peaceful, sunny and safe. Owner Francesco and his team incl Mario are fab. Great micro brewery on site with a very good selection of beers. The only downside (and a star lost) is there is nothing to stave off the heat in the villa. No air-conditioning, no fans and most nights during our stay, the temp was 31°C. Some wall mounted fans or large ceiling fans would go a very long way to reducing this (a cost effective solution) as it is incredibly uncomfortable for the children. Every other family we spoke too around the pool (the poolside is where all the families meet and kids play together) said the 2 things that would make them not consider rebooking were, A: no fans/air-conditioning and B: no dishwasher (a must for the larger family villas) a kettle to boil water for tea or coffee rather than heating it on a stove in a metal jug would also go a long way.

We had looked for this place on the Internet and it seemed really beautiful, except that the only thing beautiful about "experiencing it" is the location, lost in the greenery and far from everything and everyone. To reach the nearest supermarket it takes about 30 minutes by car. The downside is the service, practically absent except for the swimming pool. The apartment is completely empty, with minimal furnishings (there was no place to dry glasses and cutlery, nor household linen, nor any detergent for cleaning the house). Upon arrival they told us that it was better not to drink the water from the tap and they offered us to buy theirs (microfiltered) in 0.75l bottles for €1.50 each. However, the water is drinkable and can be drunk safely. The farmhouse offers dinners at restaurant prices (€28 for a barbecue of pork only, with a crostini appetizer, drinks not included) and it's not even that good. So if you're not tall, equip yourself, because shooting stars can be seen very well here in the evening.
