Podere La Cava

I'm honored to be the first person to add a Google Review on this incredibly charming farmhouse! There are three places available to rent, at least two are within the main restored farmhouse. We rented the upper three floors which is called Beatrice House. We entered the property via an automatic gate that opens and closes using the remote device you receive when you arrive. There was a lock box and all our keys were within the lock box. You get the code to the lockbox before you arrive. The fact that there is a locked gate to the driveway made us feel very safe. Once on the property, you park your car in the specious lot that holds about four cars. It even has an EV charging station which we gladly used at no cost! To enter the house, you walk up the outside stairs to enter the place. At the top of the stairs is a lovely covered porch with chairs and a small table. You then enter the house where there is a large dining room where six people can eat. You then go into the small but very functional kitchen with a small table where four people can eat. All the appliances are relatively new. They even have a dishwasher! You walk up to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, each with their own separate bathroom that is accessed via a sitting room in between the two. The bedrooms are very spacious. The third bedroom is located on the third floor. The stairs are a bit challenging but totally worth it because outside this bedroom is a covered balcony with stunning views overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance. The sunrises are outstanding so have your cameras/phones ready! There are several areas outside to sit and relax. There is even a grill and picnic table and a washing machine located under the stairs on the ground floor. Suffice it to say that the Beatrice House is your perfect Tuscan Farmhouse Getaway!
