Podere San Giovanni

This is a really wonderful house to stay in. We were there with two families (4 adults and five children), the swimming pool is great and in front of the house there is a mega lawn for playing football and other games. Lots of space for ourselves and no other houses nearby. The location of the house is on top of a mountain and therefore you have a beautiful view. Lots of space inside and a mega kitchen with a large long table where everyone can sit. We drive an electric car and Manilo, the host, thought along well and we were allowed to charge with our mobile charger via the socket in the shed. It went slowly, but in a matter of time the car filled up again. Fast enough for daily rides. We have tracked and reimbursed electricity consumption. It's great that this was possible and allowed.

What can I say..... everything was perfect, from the strategic position (visitable villages 15-20 m away), to the house equipped with everything. with 4 bathrooms. External part with lawn that slopes onto the swimming pool (3 umbrellas and 4 sunbeds) and a gazebo for eating. And then there's Manilo, who takes care of the farmhouse service. If he wasn't there they would have to invent him! Friendly, always available and an excellent advisor for things to do in the area..... in short, a guarantee and now a friend for us!! Book and you won't regret it.
