Really poor professionalism. From around mid-December I had made agreements with the structure for a certain date, clearly stated on several occasions. In the post-holiday confirmation phase and after a long conversation via chat, when we were already negotiating the price and actually confirming everything, they tell me that the room is actually not available and that they were confused by not consulting the reservations carefully. And they don't find any other dates in any of the following two months ever. Embarrassing.
