Looking forward to stay in this hotel again in couple weeks. Exciting. This hotel has been one of the best experience in Sao Paulo, great location, nice staff that doesn’t judge on what you wear on your vacation, and very friendly atmosphere. Some small minus, but I take as a person bad day to that staff. Superb breakfast, and extremely comfortable bed and nice shower!!! Thank you all staff. I only wish to have online purchases to be delivered there couple weeks in advance for those coming from foreign countries and stay there often. See you soon!!!
Really liked this hotel. Nice smelling and the room decor really appealed to me. Staff was mostly lovely. Especially bartenders and bellmen. Pool could be made a little more inviting but overall I loved the feel of this hotel.
Amazing Stay The staff are very hospitable and the service is exceptional. The ambiance of the hotel is so inviting, it exceeded my expectation. The room is very clean and extremely comfortable. Honestly I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We really enjoyed our stay here even for a short period of time.
