The estate is located in Umbria, a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago. The apartments overlook a large garden whose panorama is surrounded by the Umbrian countryside. Each apartment is equipped with everything: air conditioning, washing machine, cooking utensils, sheets and towels. For those who don't have the opportunity to carry too large luggage with them, everything is certainly perfect. A few steps from each apartment there is a splendid swimming pool: very large and clean, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The water temperature is perfect. Next to it there is a bar where the host Stefano is always available to guests, even simply to have a chat. If you want, you can also choose to have breakfast at the bar, with cappuccino and croissants. All this is a small corner of paradise where relaxation is guaranteed and in any case with the car it is possible to quickly reach the lake or go further, in fact not far away we find Pienza, Montepulciano, Monteriggioni, Arezzo and, a little further on, Città della Pieve or Lake Piediluco. Definitely recommended stay.

Apartments with kitchenette and internal and external table for eating. Lots of outdoor space and a nice swimming pool available. Breakfast with homemade cakes, milk, coffee, tea, biscuits. Google indicates two roads to get there but one is actually a dirt road so if you're not sure where it's better to arrive with light on the first day or call the facility
