We stayed at the hotel with our family—my wife, two children, and myself—for a single night, and our overall experience was very positive. Service and Staff: From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel very welcome. Rooms and Amenities: Our rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is large and spacious, though it's worth noting that the layout is quite spread out, requiring some walking to get to the different amenities. The pool was big and clean, and our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast: The breakfast was basic, but it was delicious and provided everything we needed to start our day off right. Summary: Overall, this is an excellent hotel for a short family vacation. The wonderful service, cleanliness, and breathtaking view are, without a doubt, its biggest advantages. We would be happy to return in the future.
We stayed in an apartment, it was totally functional and served its purpose but was a bit dated. Everything else was fantastic, the location and facilities were certainly better than expected. The shuttle bus service was great with extra buses being out in at busy times.
We recently stayed at this hotel with our family and can recommend it, especially if you're looking for an active holiday. The hotel grounds are truly excellent and versatile for sporty families. It's an brilliant choice, especially with slightly older children: soccer games continued late into the evening, which ensured the kids had plenty to do. The pool area was large and the services there were good, ensuring relaxing times in the sun. The hotel's location is excellent and peaceful, yet all Lake Garda destinations are quickly reachable, whether by car or other transport. This made our day trips effortless. The breakfast was just okay. I would have liked to see more vegetables in the selection – only tomatoes were available. I found this a bit surprising, considering it's Italy, where fresh vegetables are usually abundant. The rooms could use an update. Although room cleaning was done daily and kept the place tidy, the surfaces were already quite old and worn. Unfortunately, there were some mold spots visible in the bathroom.
