Well-equipped with a refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, a clothes dryer, and an ironing board. A beach screen and blanket are a big plus. A vacuum cleaner is also available in the hallway, perfect for vacuuming up the sand after returning from the beach. The property is located in a quiet area, right next to a beautiful park, close to the beach and the city center. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring guests' comfort. I highly recommend it!

The guest room, where I had the pleasure of staying by the sea with my daughter, is located in an exceptionally convenient location - close to the beach and main attractions, and at the same time in a quiet area conducive to relaxation. The host of the facility deserves special mention - extremely polite, committed and helpful, he took care of the comfort of his guests with real care. From the very first moments you could feel the warm atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped - ideal for both short and long stays. I definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for relaxation and hospitality at a high level.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and there's a balcony. The bathroom is also adequate for everything. Regular toilet paper, a hairdryer, and regular soap, not diluted with water, are provided. The customer service is very professional. We lacked nothing. The owner is very kind and friendly.
