Poli Hotel

Spacious room , nice bed , clean with wifi, the connection is not that good but can do the job. The buffet breakfast was poor , the restaurant itself is good for lunch. Very bad location far from everything, if you have kids forget about it , zero activity, no swimming pool or even a fitness, the closest commercial center is in another city called Arese or legnano, nothing to see around, for 3 bicycles rental they charge us 45 € a day.

So, we got to this hotel late, just after 11 PM on July 21st. The gentleman at the front desk looked not inviting. He was downright rude for no good reason. I kept my cool, spoke slowly and politely, trying to keep the peace. When I asked if he'd had a long day, turns out he had just started his shift! Makes you wonder how he is at the end—probably meets folks with a knife. He wasn't happy with our chatty toddler or the small queue of two people. Clearly, he's not a fan of his job. The hotel itself was fine—nothing special, but nothing bad either. It's funny how one grumpy staffer can spoil the whole 4-star experience.

This place uses way to much perfume to cover the stench of the hotel. It was clean but quality was poor. The room was soooo hot. We had to sleep with the window open because after several conversations with front desk where the “reset” the air, it never cooled anything off. The breakfast was meh as far as quality. You can tell they are trying but missed the mark.
