I love the location, it is very near the train station. Maybe 5mins walk. And also a bus stop that is also 5mins walk. Can also walk down the street to reach 鼓楼. There are many stall selling souvenir, food and other stuff. Walk down further, can reach their local market 大马弄. Went there for breakfast.

Small room but great location, not much variation at breakfast

During our stay at HaoYi Hotel in Hangzhou, an unusual incident occurred. The staff mistakenly gave my mother an extra CNY41 after refunding the CNY450 she had paid for the room, as I had already settled the payment through Trip.com. We assured the staff member who informed us of the error that we would return the extra money if their investigation confirmed it. To help resolve the matter quickly, we advised her to check the CCTV footage and let us review it on our last day, as we had limited time and needed to proceed with our tour. On the final day, the staff showed us the CCTV footage, but I mentioned that my eyesight is poor and asked for assistance in reviewing the footage more clearly. At that moment, a male staff member dressed in black abruptly shouted, "Call the police!" His aggressive behavior took me completely by surprise. Instead of helping to clarify the situation, he continued to shout at me, warning me not to point fingers at him. His hostility was shocking, especially since we had genuinely intended to assist the staff member who made the mistake. This experience left us deeply disappointed. While mistakes happen, we believe incidents like this should be handled with professionalism and calmness. Unfortunately, the aggressive response from this staff member marred our overall experience at HaoYi Hotel.
