Hotel experience is amazinv in general.. the staff are too helpful and friendly. The service and food are beyond expectations. The moment you step a foot in this hotel you smell the amazing odor of clean laundry. Beds are very comfy. You can walk across the city and be in any shop in minutes. We loved our stay and look forward to be here again and again ♡ keep it up!!!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pretty good visit. - The breakfast stood out—lots of options, and everything tasted fresh. - The whole place felt calm and relaxed, which I liked. Now, the rooms? They’re on the small side. But super clean and well kept, so no complaints there. The elevator, though, was really narrow. Not sure why so many places in Greece have tiny elevators. If you have big bags or just like some breathing room, you might find it awkward. One thing I didn’t love—the TV in my room was pretty old. Could definitely use an update. But here’s where things got weird. I had just finished showering and was wrapped in a towel when a member of the cleaning staff opened my door with her own key, even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign out. She saw me, quickly shut the door, and left. It was uncomfortable and honestly a little scary. I called the front desk right away to let them know. On the bright side, the reception team was always friendly, and I want to give a special shoutout to the breakfast staff—they really made us feel at home. All in all, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel. Fine if you don’t mind tight spaces. But I really hope they work on respecting guests’ privacy. Having someone walk in on you like that is not something you forget.

We stayed at Polis Grand Hotel in Athens and were somewhat disappointed. The rooms are quite outdated and in need of renovation. The breakfast was just average with a limited selection. The area around the hotel is currently under construction and unfortunately there are many homeless people nearby, which made walking around feel uncomfortable at times. Parking is not included and costs an additional 15 euros per day. The only real highlight of the hotel is the rooftop, which offers a beautiful view of the Acropolis especially at night. Aside from that, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
