Pollis Hotel

We stayed at the Pollis Hotel 4* in Crete and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient—it's not far from the beach and the town center, but it's also quiet. Our room was clean and tidy, and it was cleaned regularly. I would especially like to mention the food, which was simply wonderful! The dishes were very diverse for both breakfast and dinner. There was always something new and delicious to try. The staff was polite and helpful. Another big plus is the backyard area. It has a great pool and a jacuzzi, as well as plenty of space with sun loungers and a hammock where you can relax.

The hotel was amazing. Very clean, they changed the towels and the sheets every day. They even made some forms of the towels. The pool area is very good. But the best is the food, exceptional. Everyday it was different, everyday there were at least three different kinds of meat, also fish and seafood, many salads and many kinds of deserts, different kind of pizzas, soup and so on. And everything was very delicious. There is always coffee and water.

Overall, my stay was good. The hotel met my expectations, although there are a few things that could be improved. One big highlight was the staff – especially the people working at the reception, who were extremely kind, helpful, and always friendly. They really made the atmosphere feel welcoming. As for the food, it could definitely be better – especially in terms of the quality and quantity of vegetables. More fresh options would have been appreciated. Despite these small downsides, I can recommend the hotel, mainly thanks to the lovely and professional staff.
