Polo Inn & Suites

I stayed in Polo suites from 06th to 09th of March this year. The check in was seamless , the room was clean and spacious ,. Breakfast was included and was sumptuous. Unfortunately, I met with an accident 2 km away from the hotel but the moment I came back to the hotel their entire staff went out of their way to extend every possible assistance to me. Which included providing me a car and driver to go to the hospital, helping me move around and their concern was overwhelming . I would give their service a 5 star or may be more. I shall remain ever grateful to each and every staff member of this hotel.

Good Rooms. Neat & clean. Good food. Convenient location. It is centrally located and area is really decent. It is just 10 to 15 away from local markets. Really ...

Quite a pleasant hotel with clean and decorated room, the only drawback is that the housekeeping service is done late, otherwise this is an excellent hotel 4/5. Staff were also quite cool and friendly.
