Good hotel with a very professional vibe and service. The bathroom is fairly cramped-as is standard in Italy, however the room was great with a large outdoor balcony overlooking some of the city. Fantastic atmosphere, as well as a terrific continental breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast is really great! The rooms are basic and neat, however the bathrooms are very small and some of the bathrooms do not make sense in the way it has been installed.
They turned the water off overnight And on my second visit turned the water off 10 minutes after we'd checked in without giving warning. I had to complain just to get water to wash the soap out of my hair. Staff were average. Breakfast selection was average.
