Polonia Palace Hotel

As this was our first trip to Warsaw, we booked this hotel based on distance to the train station and past reviews, and very reasonable rates. I have to say, we were not disappointed. The place is spotless, the rooms very spacious, and the location is a short walk to 2 modern malls, and a short Uber to Old Town. If you stay here, make sure to include the breakfast!!

I stayed 2 nights for business travel. The hotel is absolutely sumptuous, the staff were all very nice, polite, here to help but not too much. The rooms are very large, clean, beautiful, and with AC. Ironing table provided. The only negative point is that the water didn't drain properly in the shower. The breakfast and the restaurant (I had a business lunch) is really good and great quality.

This is a great hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay here. The staff is extremely professional and helpful and the hotel - despite being “only” a 4-star - feels luxurious and grand. Especially the entrance and lobby area is beautiful, with palm trees, high ceilings and stylish decoration. The rooms are modern but inviting. Ours had a large bathroom with a bathtub, a comfortable bed, a desk and a seating area with a nice armchair. The carpet in the room is homely and the heigh ceilings make for a relaxed atmosphere. There were two small points to improve: 1) on the first day we arrived, one of the lifts was broken, which meant the wait could be a bit longer than usual (however, this was promptly fixed); 2) the coffee in the room could be improved. Instead of instant coffee sachets, a Nespresso machine or a proper coffee machine would be appropriate for a hotel of this standard. However, these points don’t distract from the overall very positive experience.
