Polycarpia Hotel

I fully agree with the negative reviews. We rested in this hotel from October 19 to 26. The furniture is broken, Wifi paid and poor quality, everyone complained. Outages with hot water. Dirty floor, in the corridor a terribly dirty floor, water on the ceiling, windows leak. But we consider the hotel as a place to sleep with a shower. we come only to spend the night and wash, no more. The staff is very good, Bulgarians and Russians. We do not watch TV at all. The remote control from the TV is in the smartphone, the paid refrigerator is opened with a clip, the 220 V adapter is not needed, we press the clip on the top contact, the curtains are shifted and insert the usual plug. There is a wifi in the nearest cafes with a permanent password. I recommend the Spectrum bar, excellent and high-quality cuisine. Chinese restaurant is bad, not recommended. In the center with poor food, semi-finished and fast food. We use McDonald's only as a free toilet and cheap coffee. The biblioglobus is famous liars, our suitcase did not arrive with us, they lied to us for three days that they were taking him to the hotel. We called the airport, the suitcase stood there for two days, until we arranged a scadndal with a Biblioglobus guide. Guides need to sell an excursion for 45 euros, which costs 15 euros for any operator in the city. From Russia with love.

Just arrived. Not happy with the service at all. The room is in a terrible state. See the photos. Plus we never got told about the extra charges. Key for fridge is 2€ a day charge. Key for safe is 2€ a day then there is a 5€ Deposit for the remote for the tv. Also the welcome pack was in Russian. There is no free WiFi. Also I have my 17 year old son on a camp cot at the end of my bed. We had to pay a adult price for him. That's not right. Stay away....

Hotel very dirty and the food served was cold. Would not recommend at all
