Many thanks to the BTB agency and especially to the manager - Ms. Angeles Pons, who was available for all our questions. Lovely new villa within walking distance to the beach. The villa was so clean and new that it seemed like no one had lived there before us. Perfect communication with the BTB agency: we arrived at the appointed time at their office to grab the keys according to the instructions. Also, after extending our stay for the second month, we were presented with a bag of oranges, which was unexpected and pleasant. The lawn was mowed and the pool was cleaned twice a month.

The place and the house are great, but the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. In our house the oven did not work, the microwave had a plate that was not its own and it did not spin. The air conditioners smelled very bad and when we looked at the filters we realized that they had not been cleaned in a long time. The grass outside was half dry due to poor irrigation maintenance. In the pool there are 4 sun loungers for 5 people. The kitchenware was very short, few glasses and cutlery which made you have to run the dishwasher all day, and on top of that the dishwasher was poorly installed as it could not be opened completely because it collided with the cutlery drawers. In short, very poor maintenance for the price it has. And it is more than 5 minutes walk from the beach as they sell it.
