Pondok Bambu Resort 5 Stars Padi Dive Centre

We had a great 4 night stay here. lovely gardens, restaurant is right on the beachfront. Food is good. Amazing views. Rooms are lovely, very comfortable, air conditioned and very private. Cleaned every day. Staff were friendly, polite and very accommodating. Nice pool area. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, bars. We Will be staying here again.

Right on the water and the restaurant served amazing food! Property could use some updating but it was clean and staff were friendly. Very central, easy walk to shops and bars.

Food was very questionable. Pasta carbonara was some spaghetti with tomato, ham and no sauce whatsoever. When I wanted to pay, at first personel acted like the card device has dead battery, after I said I dont have enough cash he plugged it in to charger but didn't know how to operate it ( or at least acted like that ) so I rather went to ATM.. bad experience, personally I recommend to avoid that place // edit: that doesn't change a thing on fact that he wanted payment in cash and was showing me device that was turned off with words that "it is not charged". Second- device had clearly contactless payment in the menu as he was showing me the device when he was trying to put payment inside. Also he didn't put any amount of cash to the machine and wanted me to swipe my card. That was the main reason why I went to nearest ATM. I will not swipe my card to the machine where the price Im supposed to pay isn't shown. And about food- If that is your normal Carbonara you should open google and find a recipe. We had this pasta around Island many times and they were allways delicous. In your restaurant unfortunately not.
