I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout my stay - always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the food - there was a great variety to choose from, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste exceeded my expectations. The location is also a big plus - it's conveniently situated and made getting around easy. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Good location, the hotel is about a 15 minute or so walk to the theme park but the free shuttle bus stop is just around the corner. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, there’s entertainment on around the pool throughout the day for the kids, and entertainment for kids and adults in the evening , the snack bar at the pool is great doing chips, chicken nuggets, burgers, hotdogs, salad bowls, sandwiches, ice cream. The restaurant has themed nights.The bedrooms are cleaned daily, the only downside I found was the sunbeds had no cushions on and were a bit hard to lay on but apart from that had a great holiday with the family, grandchildren age 9 & 15

Honest review! Firstly the rooms are nice and clean, could do with more storage. As a family of 4 we struggled with the storage. Also we had 2 children that had to share a double bed. The entertainment team work around the clock to keep the little one entertained and do a great job. All inclusive buffet is what you expect and always something to choose from. Staff. All seem to be pleasant apart from one guy on reception who was rude when requesting a late check out. First we were told we could have one and too come the day before, then told to come off day of departure. When we went the day before, he had an snarky attitude and needs to work on his customer service skills. We had a late flight(midnight) and having to depart at 11am isn't the best. I understand they might be booked up but the attitude doesn't help. For that reason they lost a star off my review. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and won't let the artifice of one staff ruin what was overall a good stay
