One of the best hotels i have been to in SE Asia. Very friendly and welcoming staff - the room was spotless and the furniture seemed to be new. Pool was perfect with 40 degrees outside. Nice Location - everything was in walking distance. Breakfast selection is okay.

I guess people find little things to complain about and it makes me sad to see the negative reviews. I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves one. Please don’t even look at the negative ones. People who are complaining, I would suggest that you book a “5 star” or build your own custom place. Travel with open mind and stop imposing your standards and expectations on others. This is a great place. The staff is the best I have come across in my traveling life. They make you feel at home from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Young people working and doing their best to accommodate the guests. The breakfast is amazing. Location is in the heart of everything. I stayed with my wife so very family friendly. I never leave any reviews but here I am with a paragraph. Our last day today and will definitely miss the place and the Hotel Staff. Thank You for the amazing experience.

This hotel was just perfect for my needs here in Siem Reap. I think I paid about $23 USD per night and it was totally worth it. I got free airport pickup, a very good breakfast every morning, and a very large room. Pub street was just around the corner, an easy walk in the evening. The area seemed safe enough, I was never worried, but I never stayed out to late. The hotel staff were so nice, helpful, and courteous. Some of the staff struggled with English, but they always managed to get me what I needed. The rooms and hotel facilities are very neat and clean. I was in room 503. My room had a safe, which was a huge bonus to me. There is a laundry service across the street from the hotel, $1 per kg, for wash and dry. I highly recommend this hotel.
