Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa 4 Sup

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. The food was very good. We had only the breakfast included but we payed for our diner several times. The pool area has a nice pool and a nice bar where you can order drinks. Indeed, a new wing of the hotel is still under construction, but the noise is not so bad. They are trying their best to respect the guests during this development.

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Port Benidorm. Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfortable, well maintained rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great food. Great location. Great value. Cheerful, helpful, efficient staff. Clever lift allocation system, so even at the busy times you aren't waiting ages for one. We'll certainly be back next year.

for the first time in Benidorm and I chose this hotel because of the review but now after being there I think that people who give 5 stars or write such positive reviews, were on holiday for the first time. The hotel is clean, the room is ok, in size, the food is good, you have a lot to choose from, nothing to say here. You can't choose a cocktail, they only have one type of cocktail every day.After many holidays at All inclusive, here I was shocked by certain things, for example the AL service ends at 11 pm, if you want something to drink after this time, you have to pay. My daughter asked for a slush and they said that it is not included in the all inclusive service and that it has to be paid, absolutely ridiculous, I have never encountered anything like this. At the pool, don't expect to hear music, except in the evening towards closing time, otherwise you will hear the new wing of the hotel being built all day long, I didn't feel safe with all the stones from the crane walking above the sun loungers, if you like the sound of drills, this is the perfect place. The hotel has a gorgeous terrace on the top floor with an extraordinary view but here you have to pay for everything, even if you have AL, and it is very crowded, you have to wait to have a free table. And lest I forget, I have never seen such unhappy staff in all my holidays, no one smiles at you, at least at the restaurant where you eat, everyone has a sad face, some seem nervous, maybe they are too tired, I don't know but having this behavior seems unacceptable to me, I have never met such staff anywhere, I think they need training, they are not hospitable at all, you don't get a smile in the whole hotel. Very poor animation team, almost non-existent. If you want to visit Benidorm, I think you can find much better options than this hotel.The best part ,is very close to the beach.
