Port Miami

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. But what really made our experience exceptional was the gentleman at the front desk. I believe he’s Colombian, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and truly helpful with everything we needed. His excellent service made a big difference in our stay. Thank you for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything and in a quiet area. The staff is amazing, courteous and always ready to help with any problem and issue and it is a real experience of service!!! The hotel is clean, tidy, organized, well equipped and equipped, spacious and tidy rooms. We had an exceptionally positive experience from our stay at the hotel and highly recommend it

Nice stay, stayed for one night. I disliked that the pool closed @7pm, I hope they plan to extend those hours being that sunset is around 8:30/9 during summer nights. The lobby is gorgeous, great walking distance from everything. There’s a food truck right outside the lobby which is super convenient if you’re starving. The rooms were nice but bland, nothing really stood out as a wow factor. However, the beds were comfy, nice view, and a lot of space. Thanks
