We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The airport pick-up was prompt and smooth, which set the tone for a great visit. We got an upgrade to a suite - spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was good, with a variety of delicious options and great service. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and making our stay so memorable!
While the hotel property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, the service left a lot to be desired. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, providing a sense of luxury. However, the staff's attitude and service quality were far from satisfactory, which ultimately impacted the overall experience. One of the major issues I faced was the lack of responsiveness from the staff. Any queries or requests made by the guests were either ignored or answered after significant delays. Despite having a good first impression of the property, I found myself repeatedly calling the staff for basic services like placing an order. It took multiple reminders before any action was taken, and even then, the deliveries were consistently delayed. The staff appeared unhelpful, irresponsible, and at times, outright arrogant. It's incredibly frustrating when you're staying at a hotel expecting a certain level of service, and the staff falls short in basic courtesy and professionalism. While the rooms are great, and the property has potential, the lack of efficiency and customer service severely diminished the quality of the stay. It’s disappointing when a place with such promise is let down by its poor service. The hotel management should focus on training their staff to be more attentive and respectful toward the guests, as this aspect of the experience is crucial for a pleasant stay. Until there’s an improvement in service, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Currently staying at the property while I had this experience. While the property itself is amazing and the room is good, there is much left to be desired in terms of service. When the in room dining order was brought in, the cutlery provided was dirty. It took 2 calls and 12 minutes for them to replace it. Prior requests placed in the Marriott Bonvoy app was neglected. It’s the small things that make for a pleasant stay at a hotel when one is in transit and this definitely marred my experience. The property is beautiful and the food is fine.
