PortAventura Hotel Colorado Creek

We had wonderful experiences here and currently at the hotel . Very happy staying and enjoying the park and hotel and buffets. We miss kettle and coffee and tea in the room. Otherwise it’s the best experience and I we would highly recommend.

Check-in was polite and well done. Room cards did not work. Had to rush back to the reception. It took 15 minutes to get it sorted while everyone waited outside the room. Water pressure in the shower is poor. Water leaks out of the shower area. The worst is the Wi-Fi the room - absolutely horrendous. Even mobile reception is very poor. I suspect it's because there aren't enough receivers or boosters installed in the property.

We stayed in one of the cabins and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The entire room had a strong smell of damp, and the bed sheets were literally wet from it. It felt like the cabin hadn't been used in months. There were no mosquito nets on the windows, so I couldn’t even open them to air the place out. We stayed two nights - I got back late after a long day at the park on the first night and only realised how damp everything was once I got into bed. We were absolutely eaten alive in the room. The themed lighting was also completely impractical - I could barely see anything. Overall, the space felt neglected and uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.
