Had an amazing stay. The staff are the best in the world. The hotel is amazing. Large rooms. Express pass makes the world of a difference. The food is amazing. The dine around optimism a must, so much variety.Will definitely be back here . We normally stay on site at the el paso hotel but this is far superior. Thank you for such a wonderful time. This is our 3rd return trip to Mansion De Lucy Hotel and once again did not disappoint . The hotel is a stone throw from the Theme Park etc and with 'Express passes' inclusive as part of your stay, however this is not what gives it the 5 star review . This belongs to the entire staff who are so friendly and professional with special mention to Leticia , Javier and Maria on reception who are fabulous ambassadors and the proverbial face of the hotel, and also the hard working restaurant staff ( Irene /Fabia /Manuel) who made our stay wonderful as well as everyone else who worked there. What a place, what a Team and more importantly what a holiday and see you next year :)

Lucy’mansion a house that pretends to have 5 stars but it does not behave properly Please find below my feedback after 4 nights spent in this “5 stars hotel”. 1. The old lady did not answer the phone at the reception, although when I came down the stairs, she was there writing something 2. They do not know English even at the table, they took orders, I ordered something and I received something else. I do not know even basic English related to the kitchen. 3. They do not have TV channels 4. Drinking water is not free in the room 5. They do not have salad at breakfast, no vegetables 6. They do not have water and napkins in the room 7. Water comes out of the shower cabin 8. Bad internet connection 9. Since we had already paid for breakfast and were not having it that morning, I asked for 4 sandwiches for 2 adults and 2 children. They told me that it is impossible to make them for safety reasons. We were about to leave the hotel at 2.30 and I asked to prepare the sandwiches in the evening. We received 1 kg of fruits and 5 bottles with waters and corn grains. 10. I asked for the invoice from the first day and no one answered me. It has been 1 week and I have not received any invoice. In conclusion, Lucy'mansion is not worth it at all because it does not offer the standards of a true 5-star hotel, I would say not even a 4. The services are execrable.
