PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort

Excellent condition, everything was nit and clean. Service was awesome. They inclusive had a great attention to my wife who was her birthday. They give us a bottle of wine and chocolates as a gift to my birthday girl. We stood for 3 days and had the all inclusive package. I got tire of eating and drinking!. Please hire more people that speak Spanish please.

Very impressed. Lovely location away from any high rise with wonderful views out over the bay. Attentive and friendly staff. We were all inclusive, the drinks were fantastic top brand spirits and good beer. Food was good and plentiful but not exceptional apart from BBQ night (queue for the BBQ Steak you'll be rewarded) and the seafood was again good and plentiful. A real bonus is the adult only areas (infinity pool wasn't monitored well though). Suite rooms are spacious, clean and have lovely balcony/outside areas.In all excellent value and lived up to rating and expectation.

It was our second stay at this hotel (we normally go for an all inclusive Village suite with Spa access) and we loved it both times. The hotel is located near a beautiful nature reserve and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and the presence of ducks and other animals. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable and was cleaned daily. The food and drinks were of good quality and we especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant. There were no queues at mealtime or for the spa. We also easily found available loungers in our favourite spot by the pool. Customer service at the hotel was outstanding, with friendly staff who often went out of their way to assist when needed. We were celebrating a special occasion and the events coordinator helped us make it special. We will definitely come back!
