The place is big and organized, not to mention the staff are well-trained. The thing I love about this hotel is that it's located in the peaceful town of Stegna. The place is perfect for people who want to get away from the busy city life and for people suffering from anxiety and depression. Recommend this place. By the way i am a certified massage therapist, knows Manicure-pedicure, Moroccan Bath, Ventosa and Hot (Lava) Stone.
This hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property — at best, it’s a 4-star, and even that is generous. Today is our check-out day. My 2-year-old daughter refused to eat lunch. I asked if we could take her meal to the room so I could feed her after her nap — they said no, citing the heat and food safety concerns. I explained I would store it in the fridge and feed her within an hour — still a firm refusal. Then I asked if they could prepare a takeaway meal for her — again, “we don’t do that.” Instead, they offered that I feed her at the snack bar — but the only options there are fries, pitas, and hot dogs. Completely unsuitable for a toddler who hasn’t had a proper meal. So now I’m facing the situation where my child is going to leave the hotel hungry — and we have a 1.5-hour bus ride followed by a 3-hour flight. To make things worse: check-out is at 6:00 PM, but dinner service only starts at 6:30 PM — meaning there is literally no opportunity to give her a proper meal before we leave. This place shows no flexibility or basic care for families with small children. It’s a shame, but the service here is far from 5-star standards.
Unfortunately nothing about this hotel resembles a 5-star. If you are planning to book a stay here, just be aware that for 220+ euros per night it feels more like a 3-star experience. I had many issues with the manner of the staff, there were perhaps 3 nice people I encountered there, but most were incredibly unhappy and rude to guests. I complained about this to staff and the manager offered what she believed to be a good resolution - but unfortunately I just feel insulted. My complaint was not taken seriously at all.
