Beautiful resort in a perfect seaside location! The views are stunning from morning to night, especially when dining on the terrace. The complex is large, with 16 buildings and 6 pools — plenty of space to relax and explore. Food is all-inclusive with lots of variety, though taste is subjective. I’d say it’s okay overall. The cocktails, however, were disappointing — mostly sugary syrup with little to no alcohol. Stick to the shots, which were much better. Street food like gyros wasn’t great — cheap quality. I recommend booking a deluxe room for a more comfortable stay — it’s worth the upgrade. A major plus was access to King Scorpio — a beautiful spot with great views and a lively vibe. It really added something special to the trip. Overall, a lovely experience with just a few minor things that could be better.
Well, I would defenetely would say its not 4* hotel. I would give maximum 3* at best. We spent 10 days there in june. The room smells bad and is not in very good condition. We kept doors and windows open all time, did not help much. Food is okay. Sometimes better quality, sometimes not so good. Dining room a way too small. It was terrible there. Fast food court - there is a long menu and then it turns out they only make 3 of all the things in a long menu. And really, this gyros they serve there, this is embarracing. I have had best gyros in Greece but this is just sad what they give you there. Drinks - really not good. Tea and water are almost the only non alcoholic drinks that are drinkable there. Beer is like a water. Wine is kind of drinkable. They are using one time plastic cups that are thrown away after using. Can you imagine how much plastic waste it is. Its awful. We went at our first day to local store to buy our own reusable plastic cups. Service. There is one really nice lady in reception - Maria, thank you so much, you are such a lovely person! Otherwise service is a joke. For example, one ukrainian girl, i think her name was Elena, working at lobby bar. There was a line of people. She just walked away and started cleaning around pool. Are you joking? People were staying and waiting for her in a line for 10 minutes. When she came back she said 'i have to clean too'. Allright then. Let the people wait. Overall it all could be so much better with small effort. But yeah, right now i would not return and i would defenetely would not reccommend this hotel.
serious safety concerns - we truly hope improvements are made we recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, we feel the need to share our experience honestly, especially regarding safety, which was a major issue. most importantly: we had a near-death experience in the water. there are large, sharp rocks hidden just beneath the surface, combined with strong, unpredictable waves. we were pulled in by a wave and thrown against the rocks - it was genuinely terrifying. there were no warning signs, no lifeguards, and no barriers or safety measures of any kind. had we not managed to get out quickly, the outcome could’ve been tragic. we really want to warn others: please be extremely careful. no one will tell you how dangerous the beach is, and that’s what makes it so risky. we truly hope the hotel works with the local tourism authorities to urgently improve safety at the beach and pool areas. lifeguards, warning signs, and clear markings are not optional, they are essential. when we arrived, we were also asked to pay an unexpected 140€ fee that hadn’t been mentioned before. while we understand there may be resort fees, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. the “all inclusive” concept is very limited...drinks are only available until 9pm, and the quality is very basic. many things, including coffee and even the use of the safe or the luggage scale in the lobby, came with extra costs. the rooms were quite minimal. no wardrobe, no shelves, and barely any space to unpack. we had to live out of our suitcases, which became uncomfortable over time. the beds were very firm, the bathroom wasn’t locking properly, and the room advertised as “poolside” or “beachfront” was actually on the third floor, far from either. as for the food: wide variety, but often served cold. unfortunately, the taste didn’t meet our expectations, so we ended up eating at a nearby restaurant instead, which was thankfully very good. we also had to carry our luggage ourselves to the room with no elevator or help available. the staff was very kind and understanding, but clearly overworked and stretched too thin. outside the hotel, we were constantly approached by sellers and beggars, often aggressively. it was difficult to relax. positives: the location in the city was great, with 24/7 shops nearby, and as mentioned, the staff was doing their absolute best under tough conditions. we’re sharing this not out of anger, but out of real concern. what happened to us in the water was genuinely dangerous, and we would never want someone else to go through the same thing. this hotel has potential...but safety must be the first priority
