Porto Preguiças Resort

First day and it’s already a wonderful time. The staff is super sharp. The lady behind the reception found us during lunch to let us know our rooms were ready. There is a potter in the back of the resort who sells his works and makes the ceramics that the resort uses for lanterns, soap dishes, and even decor. Lunch was amazing - we got the yucca fries, the chicken Milanese [which serves more like 3-4 people!], potato salad, mixed salad, and the grilled fish with mushrooms and capers. So much food for four but wow was it good - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside for everything. Can’t wait for dinner…! 3 different pools [normal, with sand, and with water fountaining from the river]. There is a gaming room, a gym, outdoor playground, and an outdoor self-exercise machines. Adjoining rooms are available for families. Really clean. Love the additional sink outside the bathroom if you’re rooming with another person. Lots of space. Highly recommend!

Resort excellent. We wonderful bedroom, huge and spacious. Restaurant with the best breakfast, serving delicious tapioca with coconut and condensed milk. 3 milk cake delicious as well. There is a water filter to fill your water bottle avoiding waste of money. Dinner is very nice there as well, however a little expensive. 3 swimming pool available and you can take clean towels at the reception for the pools and to go to the activities out of the hotel.

Best hotel to stay for kids when exploring the Lencois. The leisure facilities are very entertaining (even though some maintenance is needed for the ping pong table and the video games). There are 3 swimming pools - our favorite was the one with the water from the river. The food is very good quality and service very efficient. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The accommodation for 5 people is huge ! so much space and 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended. We had an amazing 3 night stay.
