An unforgettable experience at Port Royal. The food was on another level—each dish that arrived left us speechless, with flavors so refined and vibrant they almost made us dizzy with delight. Behind every plate is an extraordinary culinary team, led by the amazing Chef Nikos—true artists in the kitchen. The atmosphere by the pool was pure magic, with stars reflecting in the water like a dream too beautiful to be real. The service? Impeccable. Always present, always smiling, always ready to help. We felt truly special from the first moment to the last. And none of this would be possible without the one who keeps all this beauty running smoothly—the hotel manager. Thank you for everything. You made our night unforgettable.

This hotel is definitely 5 stars, even more if possible. The complex is immaculate and in such a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views and also plenty to do nearby. All the staff were first class, always so genuinely friendly, professional and thorough. They responded promptly and positively to a request I made in advance for an extra special treat for my daughter on arrival and they carried this out perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here.

We arrived at night and the night staff were lovely. We had a welcome drink on arrival and was shown around the hotel and to our room. We opted for the B&B option as there were many restaurants around that area and local food is always better! And I’m glad we did! The breakfast was delicious but got extremely repetitive so I’m glad we didn’t opt for all inclusive as it was more expensive and the food wasn’t worth it. The pool, beach, lounge chairs were brilliant, all kept clean. The hotel is gorgeous. The only issue I had was it was quite noisy at night, not sure if it was from the hotel itself or the hotel next door but i couldn’t sleep most nights from the noise. Another issue I had was that my room was not cleaned one of the days and my toilet paper was not topped up. I wouldn’t really complain about not cleaning but I did pay for a 5 star hotel and didn’t really get 5 star cleaning service at the hotel. We were out all day and was looking forward to clean towels to use as we were in the sea all day but we came back to the same towels from the day before. Location itself is okay, it’s quite far from things so maybe hire a car or pay for transfers when booking things. Please try the restaurants around the area as they are gorgeous and you’d be wasting your money paying for all inclusive!
