PortoBay Teatro

We enjoyed our stay at the PortoBay Hotel Teatro. It has a very good location for exploring Porto on foot. Many nice restaurants are close by. The room was large but our room had no view. The shower had good water pressure. Our room was very clean and the King bed was comfortable. The breakfast seemed overpriced for what it was, and the coffee was undrinkable. We would stay there again, but not include the breakfast.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel than PortoBay. I'm glad my friends and I chose this one. If you like clean, modern aesthetic, minimalistic design then PortoBay is the right hotel for you. It wasn't even that expensive for that one tonight we stayed. The location is in the heart of Porto, 5min Walk from the Sao Bento train station and minutes away from everything you should and want to see in Porto. The staff was very friendly upon checking us in and also moved our luggage to our rooms while we were out waiting for the rooms to be ready. Highly highly recommend. Tip: if you upgrade or ask to stay at the top floor you might get the balcony which is almost as big as the room itself. It has a good view over the city

The location of the hotel is central, keeping things at walking distance at all times. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, well illuminated and decorated. Balcony, with a panoramic view of the city was absolutely gorgeous. Room service, and exceptional staff courtesy calls. It will make the trip down to Porto in the hands of locals at PorterBay Hotel totally worth it. What really stole my heart was the birthday celebrations provided in the room. This was not just a stay, it was an experience for a lifetime, the welcoming feeling, and the warmth extended by the entire team of the hotel will definitely have me coming bk again!
