Stayed here 7/22-23 Pretty nice hotel. Rooms, hallways, elevator, and facilities are all clean. Elevator was fast altho when you exit to get to your room on the upper floors the area is a little cramp and made using the suitcase trolley a bit hard to use Reception area has free water and a place to chill in the back Wish I got the name of the guy who checked us in. Super friendly and personable. My friends and I talked about Buffy with him Typical size for the room we got. Great view of the Pacific Ocean and near the Sea Lions (They bark all day and night so if that isn't for you book a room near the parking lot or someone else) Hotel is close to the beach and Fisherman's Wharf. Approximately a 5 min walk to these places Beds were very comfortable and shower was nice. Room only includes a refridgerator but for a 4 star hotel it should also have a microwave. Not sure why this has been the trend with hotels for the past 10 years but oh well! Wish we got to keep the Sea Lion plush that was on our bed. You have to purchase it if you want him. 5/5 would love to stay here again!
I stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights to celebrate her college graduation and we didn't want to leave! What a great hotel! We were upgraded to an ocean view and couldn't be happier. The marina view is amazing as well. We miss it a lot!
I traveled for work and was looking for a relaxing evening before a big meeting . Unfortunately, the front desk informed me that the air conditioning was not working and I should leave my balcony and window open. When I got to my room, it was quaint , a little dated and could use some updates , but still decent . Unfortunately though it was on the ground floor facing the parking lot . I went back to the front desk to explain that I don’t feel comfortable leaving my balcony and window open on the ground floor . They said they had no other rooms and that this was a surprise issue that came up. This was confusing to me because there was a letter in my room Informing of the planned maintenance to the hvac and recommending opening your balcony door and window !! They had no accommodation for me and basically gave me a “just deal with it “ attitude. Needless to say, I slept with my window closed and it was extremely hot . In addition I heard every sound from the Adjacent room ! I really did not have a restful night and would not stay there again.
