My wife and I returned to Florence having last visited in 1999. We wanted to spend more in depth time at the Uffizi and hoped that by going early May we could beat the summer crowds. We made it a splurge trip and stayed at the incredible Portrait. I had high expectations especially knowing the Ferragamo ownership. The hotel exceeded those expectations in every way. The location, design, aesthetic, service, dining, nearby sister properties made it a unforgertable experience. Kudos to the reception staff and the restaurant management.
Staying here made our trip 10x time more incredible than it is!! One of the best hotels ever!! I would like to thank the entire team for the amazing hospitality and Sara especially for the warm welcome and making everything easy for us🤍🤍 100% staying here again and again!!
