Everything is managed by the owner, Ana Mercedes, who personally takes care to make guests feel at home. The service is generally impeccable. Dress warmly when going out. A place to return to.

If you're looking for a place to disconnect from the city, the chaos, and the daily grind, this is definitely the place to stay. Upon arrival, you can hear the sounds of the characteristic fauna of the high Andean forest, and it's very close if your goal is to hike the Siecha Lagoons trail in Chingaza. The service from before you arrive is more than excellent, as they pay attention to every detail. The food has exceptional flavor and cooking. The only thing that could be better than the size of the food is just right for those who prefer larger portions. But that's nothing to add to the variety on the menu. The hospitality of Mrs. Mercedes, who personally ensures that all your needs are met, is impressive. Please note that connectivity is not very good, and much of this is due to weather factors that may be beyond the facility's control. I would definitely return and recommend it. Note: The road may be in poor condition if rainfall is very heavy at the time of year. Otherwise, it's passable, but I wouldn't recommend a car.
