ZERO stars. First of all, there's no sign, just a big white wall and a black steel gate. We had to call to have them open the gate. When we showed up with a reservation via Booking, the young man who opened the steel gate to let us in said we had come to the place this morning to cancel our reservation. He said that's what the lady told him. There's no door, so the locked gate keeps you imprisoned once you're in. We left as fast as we could!
Extremely rude recepción. They practice overbooking and are not able solve and help when they get a problem. They prefer to call the police. Not recommendable .
Although the place has only four rooms, the place is ugly and dirty. Besides there is no hot water to take a shower and not even has a soft drink services. I don't recommend this place, is expensive and the rooms are very small. Plus you don't have view of the "Peña" wich is the main porpouse of your visit to Bernal
