I had stayed here for 1 day, its very good hotel to stay. Clean, polite staff,good rooms, good facilities. Value for money.

I had a very disappointing experience at Posh Suites Gurgaon. The property is nowhere close to what’s shown online – the photos are highly misleading. The rooms were unclean, poorly maintained, and lacked even basic amenities. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, and it felt like they had no interest in guest service. There was no proper hygiene, the washrooms were in terrible condition, and the overall ambiance was far from “posh.” To make matters worse, communication was extremely poor, and I felt misled and ignored throughout my stay. I would never recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, or pleasant stay in Gurgaon. Save your time and money – avoid this place.

Review for Posh Suites, Gurgaon – Extremely Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at Posh Suites in Gurgaon for 5 days, and my experience was far from pleasant. The property is nowhere close to what is shown in the photos on booking platforms. Those pictures are either very old or taken right after construction or renovation. The current condition of the property is extremely poor and does not justify the name “Posh” in any sense. Room Condition: The walls are stained and clearly need repainting or restructuring. The furniture is damaged, poorly maintained, and in dire need of repair. The chairs and bed were not clean, and I even found hair follicles on the bedsheet, which was unacceptable. Hygiene was severely lacking. Bathroom Issues: The washroom was a disaster – with leaking pipes, a constant foul smell, and a complete lack of upkeep. The geyser was not installed in the room, and I was told that the common geyser on the rooftop wasn't functional either due to leakage issues. So hot water was simply not available. Reception and Service: The receptionist was extremely unresponsive and full of excuses. Any issue reported was either brushed aside or blamed on construction delays. There is no intercom or room phone, so you're forced to call the receptionist on his personal number, which rarely connects in the first few attempts due to poor network. Even basic requests like drinking water took over 30–60 minutes, and only after repeated follow-ups. Any complaints were never followed through. When confronted later, the receptionist would conveniently blame someone else – a shift manager, a waiter, or a repair guy. It was clear that accountability and service are non-existent here. Lift and Safety Concerns: The lift has no light, and riding in it at night felt unsafe and eerie. For a place that advertises itself as a suite or luxury stay, this is completely unacceptable. Lost Item Incident: To make matters worse, I forgot my Google Pixel earphones (worth ₹10,000) in the room. When I called to check, the staff outright denied finding them, which leads me to question the honesty and integrity of the staff. --- Final Verdict: My overall experience was pathetic, and I would strongly advise against staying at Posh Suites unless they undergo a major overhaul in both infrastructure and service. The name and pictures are misleading, and the lack of hygiene, basic amenities, responsiveness, and safety make this place a big no.
