Very little light in rooms Loude noise from outside No outlets to chatge phone Refrigirator not cooling No towels for pool Sauna shut down 2h before written time and not hot . Only 45 c No water in rooask for 1 big bed and got two seperate beds No place to hang towels No AC Very expensive for serbice like in india 3 star hotel even better Parking 15 usd per day

The hotel is very dated and shabby. We were assigned a room that only had one key as they were “waiting for the previous guest to post the key back”. As such, our room was unable to be cleaned after spending a long day out exploring the surrounding area. Not the end of the world, but quite surprising that there is no master key or even an attempt to remedy the situation. Moving on the hotel does not supply a kettle in the room so having hot water was another issue. We were informed we could get a plentiful supply of hot water from the dispenser at lobby, which wasn’t working. The bathroom had water damage and black mould on the ceiling and the outside balcony had clearly been neglected over the years. The shower screen wasn’t sealed and so water just poured all over the floor. The hotel doesn’t supply shower gel, only shampoo and whilst they claim it’s a combination of shampoo and shower gel, it isn’t. The breakfast was awful. best to get something from the bakery just down the street. The view was very good, but that doesn’t make up for the expense of the hotel versus what you get. No value for money. The hotel needs a major refurbishment to justify the expense of the rooms. Do yourself a favour and give this hotel a miss.

Completely disaster. Lifts broken, everything at "spa" not working and plumber smell. Rooms clean, but old, not properly iluminated, no AC, lot of noise. Chairs at balcony broken, only one key with a huge keychain. This hotel needs to close and do a total remodelation. Pictures at website and Booking.com are scam. Very expensive for the service the REALLY offer. Weekend ruined.
