Posthotel Kassl 4 Sterne Superior

Our family was privileged to stay at the PostHotel Kassl. Stunning views and atmosphere, this is a magnificent place. The staff and servers were exceptional. The half board package with 5-course dinners was just wow! Tuesday’s breakfast on the mountain was wonderful. Not an issue speaking English. A magical place to stay!

We have just spend 10 days at the Posthotel Kassl. Everything about our stay was exceptional and above our expectation. From the attentiveness of the staff to the facilities, including indoor and out door pool, a perfect wellness area and saunas. Our room was spacious and provided a relaxing place to relax. The opulent and wooden clad bar was just a pleasure to be in! And then on top of all this experience, was the food. We booked half pension. From breakfast to dinner and in between, you couldn't wish for wider menu of excellently prepared food, every day was a delightful adventure! Just our opinion and hope you find the same. Frank & Kim

The atmosphere in this hotel is weird. The arrival and service during the stay was not welcoming. There was no explanation for breakfast or dinner hours, skiroom facilities or the spa. Everything we had to ask proactively. We ordered a water boiler in advance to our room that they confirmed per email, but it was not there when we arrived. The spa is old and needs renovation and there is a tiny finn sauna. The outdoor pool is nice with a beautiful view. The whole hotel needs modernisation except the rooms that are nice and renovated. Employees are not capable of german language which leads to misunderstandings while ordering. The employees and especially the owners are eating in the entrance and lobby where guests see them. There is a little snack served in the afternoon but the quality of the soups and cake is an issue. Overall price-value in this place doesn’t match.
